Returns & Exchanges

* EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS *
You can return unwanted or unsuitable items bought between 15th November and 24th December 2024 until 15th January 2025 or up to 1 month after your order, whichever is later. All our other returns terms and conditions apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

SEVENTEEN LONDON offers returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must comply with the following return policy:

Return period:

  • We accept returns and refunds on items purchased within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return policy:

  • Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it. Items must be returned unworn, unused and undamaged with all labels attached. Items must not be washed or altered in any way. All returned items will be checked individually at our warehouse.
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. We ask you to pack the items carefully to prevent any damage during shipping. Additionally, we advise you to request proof of postage from your courier service to help track your return.
  • If you receive an item in a damaged condition, please email our customer service team at hello@17london.co.uk . They can arrange the faulty item to be shipped back to us at no cost and send you a new item.

Return cost:

  • You are responsible for covering the return cost and making sure the returned items are delivered to us in an unworn, unused and undamaged condition.

Return Instructions:

  1. Cut out our return address provided on your invoice*.
  2. Package the item securely, with the original packaging if possible.
  3. Attach the return address label to the outside of the package
  4. Use your chosen courier to ship the package back to us
  5. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within one working day

* If you have lost your invoice, please email our customer service at hello@17london.co.uk and they will help you create a new return form.

    Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or style, please email our customer service team at hello@17london.co.uk. This can be done before your order is dispatched. If your order has already been sent, you will need to return the item. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund and you are then free to place a new order for your new choice.
    • Please note that all exchanges must comply with our return policy stated above. Please ensure you are satisfied with the terms before proceeding with the exchange.
    • Please follow the return instruction above to send your items back to us for an exchange.

    Warranty

    • All our products come with a 12 monthly warranty, so if you find a fault with your product, you will be eligible for a replacement. Click here to find out more.
